We are a Railway Local centered in Lincoln, Nebraska. Our members work on the Burlington Northern Santa Fe and Union Pacific railroads and for Savage/QRS Services. We work in the BNSF Lincoln Diesel Shop and Havelock Shops and Wheel Plant. Our members also service locomotives at outlying points in Omaha and Sioux City, Iowa. Our Brother Machinists are also at the UP in Council Bluffs, Iowa and BNSF and UP Traveling Mechanics repair track equipment throughout the west and Savage/QRS fuel truck drivers bring the fuel to the power in the Lincoln BNSF Hobson Yards.
